Ive attached a picture of our dog Simba. Simba’s 8 years old. He’s a mix of Newfoundland, Chow and Lab. He’s a big baby. I have 2 boys and they would just love to see his picture on your website.

As I am sure you are well aware of the Rochester missing teen, Brittanee Drexel. It has come to ur attention that Brittanee’s mother, Dawn Drexel may be engaging in some unsavory behavior concerning the money raised and collected for the Brittanee Drexel Foundation.
When Brittanee first went missing a paypal address was listed on the Internet asking people to donate money in aid in the search for Brittanee. According to searchers, who at this time do noth want to be identified have stated that as soon as the money bgan coming in that Dawn was spending it lavishly. Dawn purchased new clothing, Guess sunglasses, purses, jewelry, expensive perfume and liquor. It has also been said that was flying her friend in and out of out South Carolina. It has also been said that Dawn got regular pedicures and had her hair and nails done. She even purchased a matching set of luggage to bring her purchases home to Rochester.
Dawn also claimed that her house went into foreclosure, there is no record of this. Her home is actually listed on Nothngale.com and is for sale.
According to Monica Caison from the CUE Center she stated as of last week that she did not recieve any monies from the foundation to assist in her searches. In fact, Monica has stted that she has several people call her and ask for reciepts and she has had to inform them that she had not recieved their money. In fact, the CUE Center conducted an 11 day search and Dawn Drexel did not show up for the search for nine days.
As of last week the Brittanee Drexel Foundation only had two members in it and that being Dawn Drexel as President and Vice PResident is Chad Drexel and all donation go directly into Dawn’s paypal account.
While Chad claims to have no income he is the owner of GotDrex.com.
Dawn Drexl claims to have filed a restraining order against Chad Drexel alleging that he hit her, yet she went to New York with him over the weekend to the Amber Ready Conference and continues to keep him as VP of the Foundation which of course isn’t even a legitimate foundation.
While some of these issues may be moral issues, I feel it is important to point out that Chad Drexel was fired from his former job for Misuse of Corp. Funds.
Furthermore Dawn Drexel claims to have a PRivate Investigator working on the case, but to date, no investigator can be found. Dawn claims his name is Phillip Kennedy and there is a Phillip Kennedy listed as alicense Arson INvestigator and does not do missing persons. There is not other licensed PI in the state of SC. According to Monica Caison of the CUE Center, a PI was mentioned but has never contacted her or Law Enforcement in the area and states she believes he may had had his credentials stripped or is a self proclaimed bounty hunter.
There have been multiple fundraisers as well as the donation site that has raise money to aid in the search fro Brittanee and there dollars are unaccounted for. As of last week there was not a single cent in the foundation.
Keri Drexel, Chad’ sister also held a fundraiser in Florida. Judging from the lenghty list of fundraisers made public, it is estimated that roughly $30,000 was collected for the foundation.
It is our sincere hope that someone can make the Drexel’s accountable for the money raised in the name of their daughter and the public will come to understand, that Brittanee is still missing and that we all need to pull together to bring one of Rochester’s own children and not hold Brittanee accountable for her parents actions.

This is my daughter, Chloe, who will be 11 in 10 days.  She was two weeks late when she was born..boy was I glad to see her.  The best thing I have ever done or will ever do is give birth to that beautiful girl.  She is my only child and I am so proud of her.  I am proud of what she has accomplished so far in her short 11 years and I am antcipating the young lady she will become.  Chloe loves horses, dance lessons, and is a heck of a lacrosse player.  This is a pic of my girl playing lacrosse at Livonia several Sundays again.  She is so into the game.  I’m a proud mom!

It is not fair for you to announce into the media untrue propaganda about issues you know nothing about.  You do not have the right to judge people for their actions– you are not perfect!  Your kids are not perfect and I can’t wait until the day when someone passes judgement on you or your loved ones.  You cannot sit on the air and announce things as facts when YOU DON’T KNOW THE FACTS.  You are not a reporter so stop acting like you are– you’re just a radio DJ.  You have twisted peoples words to make someone look like an innocent victim who is not exactly innocent.  This was a bar fight that you have blown out of porportion.  You weren’t there– you couldn’t even get the name of the bar right!!  You are monopolizing on a mistaken tradgedy to benefit the ratings of your show.  That’s dispicable.  You have twisted peoples words into something else to provoke more drama in the situation.  Honestly, if anything, YOU have helped his case because now he’s not getting tried here and actually might get a fair trial- so thank you for that.  You sit on your high horse as if you’re so perfect but I guarentee you have had a loved one make mistakes so get over yourself.  The way you have manipulated the situation to get people to listen to your show is shameful so I hope you feel that when you sleep at night.  Only God has the right to pass judgement on people and you are far from that dear.

Tillamook Triple-Play Macaroni & Six Cheese Strata

1 pound lumachine no. 65 pasta, cooked al dente in salted water (or any other elbow or medium shell pasta)

Cooking spray

8 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided, 2 + 6 Tbsp.

1 medium sweet onion, quartered and thinly sliced

1 large shallot, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced

7 tablespoons flour

3 1/2  cups whole milk

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/3 cup mascarpone cheese

8 ounces Tillamook Vintage EXTRA-SHARP WHITE CHEDDAR CHEESE (2 cups)

1/3 cup sliced fresh green onion

1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic

2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme

10 ounces washed, coarsely chopped fresh spinach, cooked and excess liquid squeezed out

1/3 cup chopped cooked apple wood smoked bacon – 4 to 5 strips

1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

4 ounces Tillamook SWISS CHEESE (1 cup)

2 ounces Tillamook MONTEREY JACK CHEESE (1/2 cup)

4 ounces Tillamook COLBY CHEESE (1 cup)

2 ounces Tillamook MEDIUM CHEDDAR CHEESE (1/2 cup)

1/4 cup diced fresh red onion

1/4 cup extra-moist-style sliced sun-dried tomatoes

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Crispy Double-Cheese Topping:

2/3 cup crushed Cheez-Its Crackers

2 ounces Tillamook SPECIAL RESERVE EXTRA SHARP CHEDDAR (1/2 cup)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

NOTE: If Tillamook Cheese is not available, substitute comparable brand or type of cheese.

Preheat oven to 375ºF. 

In a large saucepan, boil pasta according to package directions until al dente, drain and set aside.

Spray a large deep oval ceramic baking dish (4 quart, 4-inch deep) with cooking spray.  Set aside. 

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat in a large sauté pan.  Add onion and shallot and sauté for 30 – 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion and shallot are soft and caramelized.  The mixture should cook down to 1/2 cup.  Remove onion mixture from pan and set aside. 

Melt remaining 6 tablespoons of butter over medium heat in a large, heavy sauce pan.  Add flour and whisk for 2-3 minutes. Gradually whisk in the milk continue to cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.  Stir in the salt and mascarpone cheese until smooth.  Keep warm.  (Yields approximately 4 1/2 cups of sauce base = 1 1/2 cups base sauce per layer.)

Remove one third of the sauce (1 1/2 cups) to a large bowl and stir in the white cheddar cheese, green onion, garlic, thyme, spinach, bacon, pepper and one third of the cooked pasta.  Spread spinach mixture evenly in prepared casserole.

Remove one half of the remaining sauce (1 1/2 cups) to a large bowl and stir in the Swiss and Monterey Jack cheeses, the reserved caramelized onion mixture and one half of the remaining cooked pasta.  Spread onion mixture evenly over spinach mixture.

Add the remaining sauce to a large bowl and stir in the Colby and medium cheddar cheeses, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, cayenne pepper and the remaining cooked pasta.  Spread sundried tomato mixture evenly over onion mixture. 

For the Crispy Double Cheese topping, mix together cheese crackers, extra sharp cheddar cheese and parsley in a medium bowl.  Sprinkle cracker mixture evenly over casserole.

Bake for 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling around the edges.

Prep time – 60 minutes   Serving size – 8 to 10 people

Hi  ok you all know I am crazy about dogs.  This may be a new addition to my family.  HIs name is Rocky.  The family, who lives in Greece, was going to get rid of him as they are moving back into the city.  My groomer, Janice, told me the whole story.  She knows I am a sucker lol  As soon as I saw the pic of Rocky, I said I have to have that doggy.  Anyway, the family called m eyesterday and may be reconsidering giving me the dog.  But, isn’t he a goodlooking fellow.  I love his marks.  I hope the family can keep him, but if not, I look forward to adding Rocky to the family.  He will join fellow Siberians Nadia, and Zooey, german shepard-mix Jake, terrier Reebok and 3 cats

You guys have been asking for it, so here it is… my Green Rice Casserole Recipe!!!!

 - 7oz Box Minute Rice (Cook as directed)

- 1lb Velveeta Cheese (Grated)

- 1 pack chopped Broccoli (Cooked)

- 2 Eggs

- 2/3 Cup of Milk

- 1/2 Cup of Oil

- 1 Onion (Grated)

- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

- Garlic Powder (Season to Taste)

- Mix together IN ORDER LISTED in 2 quart Baking Dish

- Bake uncovered @ 325 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours (OK to look brown)
